The app won’t track my steps.

Our app takes information from your device’s activity manager to track your steps and speed, and whether the device is stationary or moving (walking/running). That means you need to have your phone with you while you’re walking in order for the steps to be recorded correctly.

To enable Omo integration with Apple Health so that the app synchronizes any steps that were tracked using your phone or Apple Watch, please follow these step-by-step instructions: 

1) Open the Omo app;

2) Click on 'Connect Apple Health' to enable the integration;

3) Next, allow access to your step activity.

Please check whether you have enabled access to your physical activity on your phone: to do so, please go to Settings (on your device) > Privacy > Health > Omo > Allow Omo to read data.
