Can I use the app if I change the device/OS?
Unfortunately, a cross-platform subscription is not available at the moment. It's possible to connect other iOS devices if you initially bought your subscription on the AppStore, or other Android devices if you bought your app on the Google Play Market.
After making sure you’re using the same Apple ID/Google account, just follow these steps:
Download and open the app
Click on the 'Get started' button as shown below:
3. Set your parameters as if you’re a new user, but when you get to the payment screen, click on the 'Restore purchase' button to be able to get back to your account:
After clicking on ‘Restore purchase,’ you may be asked to enter your Apple ID/Google account password; it’s a procedure initiated by your device, which is sometimes required when restoring a purchase.
