If you encountered this problem, please double-check if your internet connection works well and if you don’t have any VPN or Proxy services enabled, -  as these factors may affect the app’s performance. Then, please make sure you're using the latest version of the app - you can check the latest version on the app’s page on the Google Play. 

Also, try to wait 10-15 seconds for the video to load then close the app completely. Open it again, and tap on the same video.
