How can I track my hydration?

Our Hydration tool on the “Diary” screen makes tracking your water intake simple. You can log various drinks and their amounts, and the app will calculate their hydration contribution and calorie content. Here’s how to add your drinks:
Go to the “Diary” tab.
Find the Hydration tool.
Select your drink and specify the amount.
Hit the “Add” button.
Check your Hydration History anytime in the “Progress” tab.
To ensure you’re meeting your daily water goals, you can set a reminder:
Open “Profile” > “Reminders” > “Hydration.”
Set your Hydration window and reminder frequency.
